I optimized my print settings to put two pages per side, and printed on two sides. If Cliff had had a print-on-demand setup, I would have bought a copy. To me, the PDF even in full text is just a teaser, a good promotion strategy. Because print is the better medium, there are still bucks to be made there. Maybe others like PDF more than me.
